Thrive Lab: Kids Wellness Class
5 week series starting Monday, April 20th • 4-5:30PM
A hands-on wellness class where kids explore how their bodies work through movement, yoga, fitness, and simple nutrition. Students will learn about topics like muscles, heart health, energy, hydration, and healthy habits while participating in fun activities and experiments—like checking heart rate, exploring how muscles move, and making simple healthy snacks. This class builds confidence, strength, and lifelong wellness habits in a supportive and engaging environment.
